    Roles in the project: University of Management and Future Technologies (UMFT) leads WP6 of the Cyber4CA project, focused on dissemination and exploitation activities. UMFT is responsible for developing the project website and social media networks to ensure visibility and communication. The partner will create a comprehensive dissemination and exploitation plan and produce promotional materials to increase the project’s outreach. UMFT will also prepare a mid-term report on the implementation of this plan and provide regular updates with an updated website and social networks. The final report on dissemination activities will be submitted at project completion.

    National University of Uzbekistan

    Roles in the project: National University of Uzbekistan (NUU) co-leads WP2 of the Cyber4CA project, focusing on assessing and addressing key cybersecurity challenges in higher education. NUU is responsible for identifying critical cybersecurity issues requiring management in partner countries’ higher education institutions (HEIs). The partner will assess the current state of cybersecurity within these institutions, evaluate existing curricula, and explore best practices from EU countries. NUU will conduct a survey to assess the needs and awareness of cybersecurity in Central Asia and organize a workshop for comparative analysis between EU and Central Asian HEIs.

    Roles in the project: Scuola Superiore Di Studi Universitari E Di Perfezionamento S Anna (SSSA) leads WP5 of the Cyber4CA project, focusing on quality assurance throughout the project. SSSA is responsible for creating the Quality Assurance Plan to guide the project’s implementation. The partner will also organize and report on the Inter-project coaching meeting, ensuring continuous improvement. SSSA will produce a mid-term internal and external quality report and a comprehensive final quality report at the completion of the project, ensuring that all activities meet the highest academic and operational standards.

    Roles in the project: Universiteit Antwerpen (UANTWEPR) leads WP3 of the Cyber4CA project, focusing on the creation and enhancement of cybersecurity education. This includes developing a Catalogue of Competences and a Catalogue of Courses to ensure the alignment of academic offerings with industry needs. Laboratory manuals will be prepared to support practical training. The partner is also responsible for training teaching staff and producing a report on the accreditation or reaccreditation of the study program. Additionally, UAntwerp will deliver a report on implemented cybersecurity courses, ensuring quality and relevance.

    Roles in the project: Universitatea Nationala De Stiintasi Tehnologie Politehnica Bucuresti (UNSTPB) leads the development of key reports for the Cyber4CA project. This includes analyzing cybersecurity-related challenges, identifying critical issues affecting the region, and compiling findings. UNSTPB is also responsible for producing a report on existing Cyber Security centres within the EU to inform best practices. Additionally, the partner will organize and report on a Cyber Security workshop and conduct a survey on public demand and awareness regarding cybersecurity.     Universidad Politecnica De Madrid

    Roles in the project: Universidad Politecnica De Madrid (UPM) is responsible for leading the WP4 which is development and establishment of CyberLabs and Cyber Security Centres as part of the Cyber4CA project. This includes designing and implementing Cyber Security training programs tailored to meet the needs of students and professionals in Central Asia. The partner will also oversee the reporting on the outcomes and effectiveness of the Cyber Security trainings conducted, ensuring that they align with industry requirements and EU best practices. These deliverables are essential for building the region’s cybersecurity capacity and ensuring the sustainability of high-quality training in the field.

    TUIT

    Roles in the project: TUIT has all the necessary experience needed along with long established mechanisms to tackle all coordination issues. Therefore, TUIT will control of all activities, especially leader of WP1.

    –    Have full responsibility for ensuring that the action is implemented in accordance with the program guide and Grant Agreement;

    –    Be the intermediary for all communication between the partners and the Agency.
    –    Be responsible for supplying all documents and information to the Agency, which may be required under the Agreement, in particular in relation to the requests for payment.
    –    Request and receive, on behalf of the partners, all payments made by the Agency to the bank account as referred in the Grant Agreement and distribute the EU grant between partners

    –  Be responsible, in the event of audits, checks or evaluations, as described in the program guide and Grant Agreement.

    –  Host the first meetings.

    – Supervise development of comparative analysis of EU and CA curricula and teaching practice.
